Ninth Annual Fork & Cork at Legacy Place Promises a Delectable Evening of Food, Wine, and Music Benefiting Little Smiles
PALM BEACH GARDENS, March 17, 2017 – Legacy Place, an award-winning retail center, in Palm Beach, Florida, will host its annual Fork & Cork Event featuring an exciting fusion of food, wine, and live entertainment with over 40 of Palm Beach’s finest vendors. The culinary experience will take place on Thursday, April 6, 2017, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Chefs Stephen Asprinio from Bravo’s Top Chef Season One, and Brian Goode from Capital Grille, will join radio talent and kitchen guru, Virginia Sinicki and Jason Pennington, from the KVJ Show on WRMF radio at The Capital Grille Cooking Demo Pavilion for interactive cooking demonstrations. The demonstrations will include wine education and suggestions by experts from Total Wine.
Olimpia Zuccarelli, author of A Chair at My Table, will also do a book signing and provide samples from her Palm Beach restaurant, Zuccarelli’s Italian Restaurant & Bar. A Chair at My Table was written in part to provide Italian Old World recipes to today’s contemporary kitchen. The book is also a reflection and invitation to experience what it’s like to grow up Zuccarelli.
Fork & Cork will once again benefit Little Smiles, a volunteer-driven, Florida non-profit children’s charity whose mission is to help heal hearts and create little smiles by providing gifts and fun activities to children impacted by serious illness, homelessness, or tragedy. Recipients may be undergoing treatment in local hospitals, receiving hospice care, or residing in shelters. Last year, this event raised over $10,000 for Little Smiles, and Legacy Place hopes to surpass that goal with this year’s event!
