Legacy Place is the proud winner of the 2015-2016 TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Award in the Retail Property category. The Award was presented at the BOMA Southern Region award ceremony held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami, Florida.
The Legacy Place retail center comprises more than 424,513 square feet of retail space directly across from Downtown at the Gardens. The award winning shops are managed by Stiles Property Management team Wendy Hernandez, Ana Torres, and Dwayne Soderberg.
TOBY Awards are the most prestigious and coveted awards of their kind in the commercial real estate industry.The awards recognize superiority in office and industrial buildings and reward excellence in building management. During the review process, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated – from community involvement and site management to environmental and green policies and procedures.
