Ocean’s Allure is currently looking for a part to full-time smart, energetic, friendly retail sales associate to join their team and grow with the company! Hours will depend on need, time of year and level of experience.

The perfect person will possess experience in the retail clothing and jewelry industry and will be motived to learn the store practices and grow with the business.

The new qualified employee must also be a local resident and be willing to work a flexible schedule to include afternoons, some evenings and weekends. Associate must also be willing to provide assistance with mobile retail events when needed.

The ideal Sales Associate will have, but not limited to:

  • Previous retail experience
  • Excellent customer service knowledge and skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • A positive, friendly attitude
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Dependable and trustworthy
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-starter with initiative
  • Great organizational skills
  • Computer literacy on a POS program is a must (we will provide training on our specific system)

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Ensure a positive impression and shopping experience by leading the customer through sales process
  • Have the ability to listen to customers and determine what their needs are
  • Participate in re-stocking and general store housekeeping
  • Participate in maintaining accurate inventory
  • Maintain professional image at all times
